KappaSignal is looking for a motivated and results-driven Product Manager / Junior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our products.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or a similar role,
- For Product Manager positions, at least 2 years of experience in the finance industry is preferred,
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications,
- Results-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive,
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours,
- Willingness and availability to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products to achieve sales and market share targets,
- Prepare, manage, and monitor product budgets in line with business objectives,
- Take an active role in product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities,
- Develop and execute product marketing and sales strategies, while closely monitoring their implementation and results,
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities,
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure successful product execution,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other key stakeholders,
- Monitor product performance and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and initiate appropriate actions.
